The Opportunity Managing a team of customer service providers working within the training industry, you will take on supporting the teams in providing efficient and cohesive customer service. Taking an active part in obtaining feedback, you will work closely with the clients to ensure that their needs are being met. You will have responsibility for the journals and invoicing for the team, the preparing of proposals for additional services, ensuring that each team member is achieving minimum SLAs and KPIs, and hold weekly team meetings to ensure that team leaders are prepared and driving for improvements. This is an immensely proactive role and will best suit an individual who has previous experience in training, learning and development, and service centre management.
