Working as a Service Centre Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring that the site operation achieves high quality service levels and managing a team as well as achieving, agreed profitability levels. Key Responsibilities Monitoring key accounts and maintaining customer relationships Ensure that the team have clearly defined roles and objectives Management of the team including reviews and appraisals Identify, implement and manage consigned stocks within contractual commitments. Candidate Profile Used to working within an integrated services business, the successful candidate will have management experience in the MRO / OEM industry and people-management experience. You will be motivated by and capable of developing sales and develop relations with excellent customer service skills.You will have experience of managing and developing stores to include 5S Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as well as Excel and use of stock management systems such as SAP.
