Are you a highly experienced Project Manager, who is as competent managing teams of people, as well as projects? If so this high profile PROJECT MANAGER role may well be for you. Our client, an Global Solutions Provider, are looking for Senior Localisation Project Managers to run localisation projects, managing a small Team of localisation Project Managers and delivering high value projects to blue chip Clients in multiple market sectors. Responsibilities include: - Management of small Team of Project Managers to achieve annual revenue and profit targets through: monthly forecast planning, monthly Team performance reviews, individual performance reviews, training & development. - Co-ordination of Project Managers who are managing teams of translators, software engineers and DTP specialists in order to deliver high quality projects to tight deadlines. - Providing an escalation point for Project Managers for project or personnel issues. - Running all aspects of localisation projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, problem solving, monitoring and reporting of project activities. - Ensuring procedures, controls and management strategies are continually followed and developed Management of project level relationships with key clients ensuring satisfaction to secure repeat business Ideal Skills & Experience: - Localisation project management experience - People management experience - Client facing experience is essential - Proven track record of managing, training and developing people is required - Experience of using translation memory tools would be an advantage - Strong communication skills This role is easily commutable from locations in East Berkshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West London.
