A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional individual to work in the capacity of a Senior Personal Assistant. Your hours of work will be from 10am until 18:00pm, with a salary of £12 - £14 per hour.
Working within a small prestigious property company, you will be responsible for maintaining the organisation of the office. You will effectively utilise property websites and other property resources to help within the business. You will be confident and professional when liaising with management companies and communicating with tenants. A working knowledge of Bookkeeping is essential, this would include marking up bank statements, loan transactions and preparing year end accounts. Additionally, you will have good PC skills; a well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Microsoft Outlook would be viewed as highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate will hold strong secretarial, administrative and numerical skills with interpersonal and communication proficiency. Must be able to work independently and use own initiative. Prior experience within a similar role will be beneficial.
