Reporting to the HR Business Partners, the successful candidate for this role will responsible for supporting the HR activities for employees based within the UK. This is a generalist HR role and the ideal candidate will have had extensive experience within the following areas: -Compensation & Benefits - Payroll - HR Policy & Procedure management - Grievance and Disciplinary processes - Recruitment - Learning & Development (Training) - Sickness/absence and holiday records -Employee Relations The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material and act professionally, with discretion, at all times. You must be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the drive to succeed within an ever changing environment.
