Our client, based in central Windsor is looking for a Senior HR Officer/HR Generalist to join their HR team for a maternity contract, the length of contract will be between 9-12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing day-to-day transactional and recruitment services to key stakeholders for the UK business, and handling all HR and recruitment issues to agreed SLAs. The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team and have good working knowledge of dealing with operational HR issues including performance and conduct, absence & sickness, disciplinary & grievance, health & safety and maternity/paternity. The successful candidate will possess current knowledge of employment legislation, with a CIPD qualification being seen as desirable for this particular hire.
