Senior HR Administrator – 8 months FTC

A global pharmaceutical company based in Uxbridge is currently looking to recruit a Senior HR Administrator to join their team on 8 months contract basis. Your main focus will be to support HR team by coordinating any HR related processes. 


  • Managing the monthly payroll tracker and make any necessary changes related to employees and make sure the relevant documents are on file
  • Generating contracts for new starters and assisting in on boarding process
  • Creating standard HR letters (mortgage reference letters, employee reference letter, promotions, probationary review and maternity letters)
  • Making sure that new starters are in the system are all necessary documents are signed on file
  • Assisting in electronic filing project
  • Downloading monthly absence repot from Workday system
  • Dealing with annual HR filing and right to work audits
  • Dealing with any quires regard benefits
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Booking the medical assessments for employees
  • Setting up the pension enrolments and sending out the relevant documents
  • Generating the monthly report from Workday system
  • Dealing with any queries from employees and managers side in terms of HR
  • Point of contact in terms of Driving Licence, MOT and Insurance checks for field-based employees
  • Reviewing probationary periods with managers
  • Liaising with external provider to track the progress of new starters reference and security checks
  • Assisting in HR projects


  • CIPD (level 3-5) qualified or part-qualified
  • Relevant commercial experience within HR
  • Ability to multitasking and prioritise the work flow
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of WorkDay system will be an advantage
