The role: -Respond to incoming leads and referrals - Identify organisations, industries, geographies and associations that are in need of the company products and services -Identify opportunities for Business Development - Identify key contacts - Design and execute strategy to engage decision makers in the sales process - Clarify and confirm prospects needs, and design and present solutions - Track and communicate market trends and needs -Secure new client relationships - Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to Client Engagement Team -Support team members in activities that support client acquisition and retention The successful candidate will be: -very competitive and ambitious - able to overcome objections and achieve goals - very independent, persistent and decisive - friendly, sociable and an out going good communicator - restless, driving with a sense of urgency and deadlines - great with technology - able to demonstrate social selling through social media The Company: Established leader in their field, this company distributes and delivers world-class tools and workshops to support people and business.
