The Opportunity: Our client requires an Administrative Assistant to provide a high level of business support and main point of contact to the Team Managers, Practitioners and Heads of Service. This support will ensure the smooth running of Adult Services. This is a full time role and requires the candidate to have an Enhanced DBS Certificate. Key responsibilities: * To manage the managers' diaries, including arranging meetings * To ensure that incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately * To establish and maintain a filing system for management of documents * To be responsible for setting up regular staff appraisals * To support the Adult Services Team and to include taking minutes The Candidate: The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills along with strong written and oral communication skills.
