Our client, a multi-disciplined consultancy specialising in the Telecoms sector, have an immediate requirement for a Senior Acquisition Surveyor to join their team. With responsibilities covering management of particular client projects and the progression of a case load of sites, the successful candidate must be confident providing team leadership to graduates and surveyors, and possess strong negotiation and site portfolio management skills. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Maintaining an overview of colleagues work; ensuring maintenance of Quality, Project Performance and client KPI’s • Delivery of the management of acquisition requirements on Client Projects and individual portfolio of sites • Budget forecasting and justification • Coordination of internal/external resources to ensure site acquisition is within the timescale and parameters set by the clients KPI’s •Maintenance of employer’s and client’s databases • Constant client liaison during all stages of acquisition • Property valuation •Training and mentoring of graduates and surveyors The position will also involve regular travelling to attend site visits, meetings and conducting surveys – therefore a full clean UK driving licence is a an essential requirement. With this in mind, the successful candidate will need to be flexible in terms of working hours, travelling and overnight stays due to the nature of the projects being worked on.
