Senior Account Manager The Company: Our client is a global business sitting within the outsourced sales arena; they have a proven track record of success delivering campaigns and a well-established client base consisting of some of the largest blue chip businesses in the world. The Role: The role of the Senior Account Manager is to provide a consistent strategic direction for the entire campaign delivery team. Working closely with the Operations Director, Client Relationship Manager and the entire senior management team you will be responsible for leading and adapting the campaign delivery towards achieving and exceeding targets, whilst maintaining the client relationship on an on-going basis. The SAM also has extensive product and client knowledge and uses this to provide operational support to the Sales Floor Managers. The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: • Managing the overall delivery of a campaign to client (Microsoft) by working closely with Agents and Sales Team Managers. • Building strong relationships with the external client, in order to facilitate the delivery of the campaign to client requirements whilst providing reviews and analysis of campaign performance. •Training and development of sales teams alongside providing continual support and motivation. • Providing regular reports/forecasts for all business developed and closed as well as providing timely follow up and continued tracking of all identified opportunities. • Achieve or exceed against performance targets and ensure that leads generated meet the requirements of the client. The Candidate: We are seeking applications from high calibre individuals with the following key attributes: • Driven and motivated with a results and action orientated character; proven ability to work towards revenue targets within a pressurised sales environment. • Positive outlook with a proven ability to manage campaigns and SLA’s. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage with both clients and staff with genuine enthusiasm. • Ideal background would be from within an outbound sales (Call-Centre) environment from either the IT, Telco or High Tech sectors. Experience of leading teams within a B2B Software sales environment for either a vendor or 3rd party reseller, would be considered highly desirable. This role would suit someone looking to further develop a career within sales management and who is looking to receive recognition and compensation for performance and effort alongside opportunities for rapid progression and personal development.
