Our client a leading international pharmaceutical firm is looking to recruit a Secretary / Administrator to work in the Marketing Dept in their offices in Berkshire on a temporary to permanent contract. This is an extremely varied role with a number of different responsibilities. · Taking and directing calls · Managing the mail · Diary management and meeting coordination · Preparation of documents and presentations · Liaising with various external suppliers · Input purchase orders and monitor budgets for supplies · Assist with preparation of reports You will be working with a variety of internal departments and external suppliers and clients, so a professional manner and good communication skills are required. The client is looking for applicants with a good level of general education and experience working with common Microsoft applications in an office environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and a good head for maths would be beneficial. In return they can offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
