Our client based in the Wokingham area is looking to recruit a proactive Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. As Administrator you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities including full maintenance of all customer information and accurately entering customer orders to include correct pricing and all other details. You will be handling all order management including pull in and pull out requests as well as cancellation requests so knowledge of the cancellation policy will be needed. You will be working closely with the area sales manager to verify all calls received and fully logging all details of each call onto ACT. It is essential that you provide great customer service to all callers and ensure that each call obtains the required level of service and that closure is achieved. Another element to the role will be to work with the external sales team to help develop business via tools such as mailshots, incentives etc. To be considered for this role you must have full understanding of SAP. You must be able to locate information from within SAP and use it for customer service purposes including: loading of stock returns, issuing credit notes, loading new customer accounts, checking stock levels, product maintenance and pricing. To communicate clearly via email and letters as well as having an excellent telephone manner is crucial for this role as well as an understanding of Excel and full working understanding of ACT (including maintaining correct contacts and reporting).
