Administrative Specialist – 12 month FTC

As an Administrative Specialist you will be supporting International Regulatory Team Members with administrative responsibilities and organising meetings and conferences.


  • Create and process necessary paperwork for travel, costs information and expenses
  • Coordinate international meetings within the department and planning the travel along with the conference registration
  • Setting up and managing the appointment schedules
  • On an occasion preparing agendas for the meetings
  • Filing documents
  • Reviewing mail
  • Assisting with onboarding new members of the team
  • Coordinating offsite meetings, events and assisting with projects


  • Degree calibre individual or strong relevant experience
  • Advanced in using computer and Microsoft Office package
  • Experience with Concur system and managing expenses
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
