Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is currently seeking a Sales Office Manager to work from their offices in Windsor. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales office is run smoothly by managing your team and providing full support to the Sales teams. This will involve anything from staff assessments and training to ordering stationary and merchandising products. You will be developing the telemarketing process, working to increase sales and supervise any queries, orders and quotations. There will be the opportunity to improve processes within the sales office with an emphasis on response time sand customer service. You will have responsibility for organising staff expenses and holiday requests for sign off. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Sales office, preferably in a supervisory role. They will be keen to develop their staff and ensure that targets are met in a proactive manner.
