A dynamic Sales Manager with strong leadership and management skills will join a specialist in design within the interior/ refurbishment industry.
Using their strong sales and business development talents, the Sales Manager will impact the development of their business in the London and Home Counties area. They require an ambitious and driven individual with a solid sales background, combined with an ability to develop pipelines and close leads.
As well as being responsible for your own targets, you will also be responsible for a small sales team. You must therefore have the ability to develop individuals and the team to exceed results.
This position will be focused on identifying and generating new business opportunities within the construction industry, nurturing company relationships, negotiating pricing and contractual terms.
Experience and proven business development skills are essential for this role, and the successful candidate must be motivated by results. The successful candidate will be comfortable working at a senior executive level, and will possess a high level of sales and influencing skills.
It is also essential that candidates have a proven record of ability of selling within either construction or manufacturing sectors, and candidates with experience within installation to the luxury property market would be highly desirable.
