Our client, an established company near Bracknell is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Distribution Manager to join their team as the business continues to grow their portfolio.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day distributor management across several global territories. Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to travel worldwide (2 weeks per month).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee distributor management across several global territories and assist with any issues that may arise
  • Support distributors with any product training, consultations and scheduled calls
  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors to expand sales strategies for current and new markets
  • Be the point of contact between the UK office and distributors
  • Create yearly budgets and other reports from distribution partners
  • Oversee exhibitions and other promotional events
  • Monitor new territorial distribution opportunities in line with company goals


  • Previous experience as a Sales Distribution Manager
  • Proven background in managing distributor networks worldwide
  • Able to demonstrate a flexible approach to meet business needs
  • Excellent customer service and client customer facing experience and skills
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
