Working within a long-standing business, you will take on the responsibilities for building sales within the business. With excellent customer service skills, and a target-driven mentality you will be working towards company KPIs on a daily basis. This role offers a basic salary of £15,000 with an uncapped commission structure which can realistically around £30,000, with top performers earning in excess of £40k. Key responsibilities for this role will include: • Building a loyal customer base • Working towards individual and team KPIs • Upselling The successful applicant for this role will have excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a demanding sales role. You will work 40 hours per week covering 5 of the 7 days which will include weekends and holidays based on rota schedule. You will need to be very self-motivated in this role to reach the full potential.
