Sales and Marketing Team Administrator, 2 Month Fixed Term Temporary Contract This is a great opportunity to work with a well- recognized, global company, providing support to the Head of Marketing and Marketing team for the UK and Ireland. You should be a highly organised, flexible individual who is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. If you have recent experience within a marketing team, this would be highly beneficial. You will need to be a flexible individual who is confident and very organized, with previous experience of working in a busy, corporate environment in a similar role. With excellent communication skills and confidence with MS Office, you should be a team player with loads of enthusiasm and drive to be totally involved in supporting the whole Marketing team. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting and coordinating responsibilities on projects such as partner events and team meetings • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business aims • Help to monitor the budget to ensure that all expenditure is in line • You will assist with financial planning, budgeting and tracking and setting up new vendors • Produce weekly status meeting reports and deal with basic office management • Manage travel, expenses and the team calendar. This client is easily commutable by car and train from locations such as Reading, Windsor, Maidenhead, West London, Staines, Egham, Ascot.
