Our client, a young and growing business in the Maidenhead area is currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis due to company growth. You will be working as part of a small team and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting their sales and marketing function. Core responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: •Providing support for all aspects of the day to day operations within office. •Building and managing relationships with customers and suppliers. •Sales support tasks: quotations, maintaining the CRM system invoicing. •Obtaining quotes from suppliers. In addition you will be responsible for managing outbound email campaigns, managing the website content in conjunction with the web team as well as building and managing the company’s social media presence. The successful candidate is also likely to manage PPC reporting and manage any day to day enquiries coming through to the office. The successful candidate will ideally possess good attention to detail and sound IT skills, you will be able to work well independently as well as part of a team. You will have an understanding of social media with some knowledge of SEO, PPC and email marketing, it would also be advantageous to have an understanding of artwork and print production. Based near Maidenhead, our client is on the outskirts of town and ideally you would have your own transport for the daily commute. Realistic locations to travel from include Maidenhead, Marlow, Windsor, Slough, High Wycombe, Bracknell Ascot and surrounding towns.
