My client, a well established multi-national technical organisation are currently recruiting for a part-time Sales Administrator on a fixed term contract basis (10 month fixed term contract, 25 hours per week). In order to be considered for this role, you will have to hold extensive experience within sales support and administration. This role is based on the outskirts of Maidenhead and the successful candidate will be performing the following responsibilities within the sales and marketing team: • Order processing • Conference and training management • Account maintenance and customer services • Generic administrative support • Publication production In order to succeed in this role, you will not only have to be experienced within the domain of sales administration, but you will be expcted to demonstrate proficiency using the MS Office Suite, as well a working knowledge of CRM software. My client has expressed the necessity for applicants to possess superb time management skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team. These skills should be coupled with a passion for providing high standards of customer services. This role is suitable to a candidate who is keen to work in a busy and varied role. The working ambience is a very stimulating and cosmopolitan one. My client is willing to offer extensive flexibility in regards to the allocation of the part-time hours, but does require applicants to be able to commence employment in November.
