The Opportunity This is a great chance to contribute to the expansion of a successful retail manufacturer within the UK and Europe. This role involves planning and organising the sales order process for both stock and bespoke orders. Working within a fast paced, small but dynamic team, this role is ideally suited to someone who has a genuine passion for sport. Key Responsibilities • Working with the Team Wear Manager to be an internal contact for the Team Wear distributions by attending regular meetings • Creating innovative solutions to improve the Team Wear Process, communicating these to the Team Wear Manager • Responsible for customer service within the division, • Attending to customer order requests across a range of communications • Organising the bespoke orders of Team Wear and processing their delivery • Liaising frequently with distributors throughout the manufacturing process, to either prevent delays or ensure details of delays are communicated to the Team Wear Manager • Organise and manage UK Team Wear Leads with the Team Wear Manager • Ensure that distributors understand the company’s priorities and remain positive The Candidate The ideal candidate will be process driven, have a high attention to detail and will possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Finally you will be a team player and be proactive towards taking initiative. All profiles will be considered but someone with a background in team sport (in particular managing / organising teams) would be of significant benefit for this role. The Company This is a family friendly business with most roles working a 35 hour week (9am-5pm). Based near to Reading, this role is commutable by train, bus and car from locations such as Slough, Newbury, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Maidenhead and Ascot.
