Our client based on the Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire borders is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, duties will include: · Processing customer orders/quotations · Liaise with production, · Send out order acknowledgement to customer. · Filing. · Review despatch dates with production, amending sales orders and advise customers of any updates. · Help maintain price list · Assist in travel arrangements for Sales Department · Co-ordinate training arrangements for customers · Maintain adequate levels of marketing material and help in distribution · Help maintain sales/marketing database To be considered for this role you should have previous administration experience, ideally within a sales environment.
