Our client; a leading organisation near Reading are currently seeking a Sales Administration/Order Processor to join their team on a permanent basis. EU languages are a bonus, but by no means a prerequisite. This will provide the opportunity to move into sales or into other supply chain or order processing type customer/client relationship role. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and processing all customer orders from the UK and across Europe and liaising with other departments to ensure timely resolution. You will be required to maintain accurate records on the database of all transactions that are being processed, provide excellent customer service, answering all enquiries and ensuring parts that are not in stock are ordered in, creating and filing purchase orders and managing emails. Ideally the prospective candidate will have had previous order processing / Customer Service experience utilising their professional communication skills.
