Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator, based out of their offices in Wokingham. This is a demanding role, with many varied duties, such as: - Providing administrative support to the sales team - Entering orders onto the CRM system - Preparation of customer quotations - Account administration - Raising the company profile by organising outside marketing - Liaising with customers. Above all, though, my client requires an individual with superb order managment skills and someone who is very numerate. Ideally you will be used to using ERP software (SAP, Navision, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Great Plains etc....). The role entails processing and analysing data, as well as the producing of reports and forecasts. Previous experience within a data management and analysis capacity are therefore a prerequisite. Ideally, you should have demonstrable previous experience within a similar role and be flexible and focused in your approach. My client is looking for a confident and humorous individual who is prepared to commit to a long-term, ongoing, temporary assignment.
