An urgent vacancy has arisen at one of our Pharmaceutical clients for a safety records coordinator. Coordinating and managing a series of reports, you will be handling the reports from initial receipt and preliminary data entry through to distribution and tracking of the reports. You will be responsible for executing pre-defined follow-up measures and due diligence, and for demonstrating complete knowledge of and compliance with established document management processes, guides, policies, and SOPs. This role is ideally suited for someone with previous experience in roles that required records management, data processing, and medical transcription setting as similar skillsets will be utilized in this role. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are very important in this role, as is time management.
