Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall customer services management, with responsibility for multichannel customer engagement
  • Team and performance management
  • Planning and strategy for long term customer service initiatives and keeping up to date with industry innovation and customer service technology
  • Creating strategy and processes to improve customer interaction and retention
  • As customer service champion, you will engage with other departments to make sure the customer journey is seamless and effective
  • Creating and running reports, to generate insight to guide medium and long term planning in the department as well as for process improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Experience of multichannel customer service management including call centre, social media, online and email
  • Process improvement and development experience
  • Reporting and analysis, using customer service data to generate insight and guide medium and long term planning
  • Ideally experience of implementing new CS systems
  • Team management experience
  • An engaging and confident communicator who has client facing experience
