Working on behalf of a leading technology business with rapid growth, we are recruiting for a Russian speaking Customer Support Representative to join their Customer service team. In this role your key responsibilities would be; fielding customer support tickets from customers within the EMEA region, co-ordinating the international escalation of service issues across time zones to ensure the timely resolution of client issues and also liaising internationally with other Customer Service representatives and Technical Account Managers, in order to report on issues and the service relationship with mid tier and upper tier merchants. You will also be required to configure client accounts to enable them to access the company’s services as well as answering internal enquiries and troubleshooting client technical issues with the company’s provided service by providing resolution or alternatively escalating issues to the appropriate internal department. Our client is looking ideally for a candidate of graduate calibre and an inidividual who is able to speak Russian at a native level. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proficiency of a technical area equivocal to macro writing, Operating System configuration or reports generation. General IT literacy is required although our client stresses that this is a software services support position rather than an IT Support Post. You must obtain outstanding troubleshooting skills, be able to problem solve and have the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be dealing with internal and external customers at all business levels. Park Street People Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation. We are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
