Our client based near Heathrow, is a pre-eminent FMCG manufacturer. They are looking to recruit a traditional Reward & Benefits Specialist to join their HR team on a 12 month fixed-term, maternity cover contract. This is a challenging role, with a strong client focus. You will be responsible for providing reward support and advice to HR Business Partners and line managers in the UK. Working as part of a small reward centre of expertise you will be able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload across a number of demanding customers with differing priorities. Key duties will include: - Job evaluation - Grading - Pay benchmarking - Handling requests for salary changes - Severance calculations - New starter packages - Policy changes - Annual pay reviews You will come from a compensation & benefits background, preferably with some consulting or account management experience. With good communication skills and a strong understanding of the drivers of business performance and shareholder value you will ensure the effective implementation and development of Group Reward Strategy across the business. The client is readily commutable by road and public transport from locations including Uxbridge, Slough and Windsor (connections from the M4 and A4 as well as public transportation links).
