An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual of graduate calibre; as our client are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Specialist, to join their internal recruitment team on a temp to perm basis. As part of their close-knit group, the successful applicant will take responsibility for building an ongoing candidate pipeline for the company, using various online sourcing methods. You will work closely and cooperatively with recruiters internally, therefore excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality is essential. You will be accountable for developing and maintaining a high flow of candidates, with a high focus on creative sourcing; identifying active and passive candidates, demonstrating marketplace knowledge and generating pipeline development. It is extremely important for the successful applicant to maintain a current knowledge of industry employment trends in order to identify issues which may impact the candidate flow. Your role will also take on board various administration duties, as well as all advertising and social media development for the company. You will manage web postings and advertise vacancies on the appropriate media sources. The client are ideally looking for a fluent English speaker, with additional fluency in a second European language (German, French, Dutch or Russian will be preferable). The successful candidate must possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and have experience of working in a recruiting, customer service or telesales environment. Strong research skills are also essential, combined with an exceptional telephone manner. Based in Reading, this role is commutable from locations such as Bracknell, Ascot, Wokingham, Camberley, Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor.
