Our client, an educational establishment based in the Windsor area, is looking for an Assistant Residential Coordinator on a contract basis. Based in the main office, with occasional site visits, you would be assisting with a number of residential centres and helping organise the full range of planned activities. You will be finalising bookings, creating itineraries for students and teachers, prepaying the necessary deposits and ensuring credit arrangements are set up correctly. You will prepare briefings and liaise with senior staff members and host families and attend any meetings as required. This is a busy role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills. It would suit a recent graduate, or similar, looking for a full time role with responsibility for your own tasks and to build on your existing office experience. You will be working to meet deadlines and stay within budgets throughout the assignment. Working in a wonderful location you will benefit from an excellent hourly rate plus holiday pay. Candidates would benefit from having their own transport, as they will be expected to visit other sites during the contract. The role is due to start in May and will run until the end of July, with a possible extension to the end of August.
