Leading commercial logistics firm currently require a self-motivated, passionate and proven Head of Sales to close opportunities within the Southern region and manage a team of four sales representative. This is a business-to-business sales role generally targetting large, corporate organisations. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and will be prepared to work in a fast moving sales environment. You will need to show a strategic awareness of being able to create a sales strategy for a team to follow through. Having the character to lead, motivate and manage a team on a day-to-day basis is crucial. This role can offer scope to progress into a National Sales Management role or a low level Director role within 2-4 years. Based in Reading (Berkshire), this role is commutable by car and train (with a short bus journey) from locations such as Bracknell, Wokingham, Ascot, Newbury, Basingstoke, Maidenhead or Slough.
