Reporting to the Human Resources Director and Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Temporary recruitment function with the UK based call centre in Uxbridge and provide full recruitment administration support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the recruitment department. The position will entail working with our preferred supply list of agencies daily to best align the recruitment needs of the function or location, build and then execute on those plans. Key Responsibilities • To manage recruitment campaigns through agencies, newspapers, Internet and other channels. • To be the first point of contact for recruitment agencies and liaise with them regarding temporary vacancies, suitability of candidates and interview arrangements. • Ensure temporary vacancies are filled on time and in order of priority; ensuring managers follow procedure through the recruitment process. • To oversee the telephone and email recruitment lines, ensuring job descriptions, company profiles and correspondence are sent out in a timely manner. • To build and manage good working relationships with employment agencies. • To build and manage good working relationships with internal clients. • To filter all incoming CV’s, and carrying out basic screening telephone interviews. • Manage and run assessment days with the relevant Line Managers. • To organise telephone interviews and language tests for International callers. • Ensure timely completion of paperwork for temporary new starters and leavers and maintaining the correct information on Cronos and the Recruitment Database spreadsheet. • Work with the Human Resources Officer to send out and chase the return of reference checks for permanent employees. • Issue rejection letters for unsuccessful candidates who have applied for a position directly to Harte Hanks. • Support the Recruitment Manager to review, develop and implement policies and guidelines and the agencies T&Cs. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) • Proven experience in hiring multiple languages in a fast paced environment • Specific experience of recruiting IT sales within the UK • Strong communicator at all levels up to Executives • Ability to run projects within a matrix environment • Proven experience supporting and recruiting within large locations or functions • Prolific experience in direct hiring methods such as headhunting, search, advertising, database search and referral campaigns • Experience supporting more than one Manager at any given time • Meet the recruitment process from end to end of a 2 week turnaround time and approx up to 20 seats of 12 different languages • Recruitment experience ideally in-house within an IT software environment • An understanding of the different attraction methods and how and when to use them • An understanding of different selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them • IT Security industry sector experience desirable & an understanding of business/recruitment drivers • Strong customer facing and presentation skills • Ability to build relationships face to face and over the phone both in-house and with the PSL • Understanding of HR policy, process and legislation • Ability to manage multiple vacancies at one time working to tight timelines and quality measure • Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads • Fluent in English, another language would be desirable. • Ability to remain calm in infrequent stressful environments • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Pro-active and self-motivated • Excellent planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications • Strong attention to detail • Co-operative and supportive team player
