Recruitment Consultant - Warm Desk Our client is one of Europe's foremost recruitment companies operating in the semiconductor arena. This has led to the need for an additional speaking recruitment consultant to focus on sales, marketing and application hires across the EMEA. Working on a warm desk with a strong base of existing clients maintaining and achieving SLA’s will be the focus of the role but there is also potential for further growth in the market. This position will be based out their Reading based offices. We are keen to hear from dynamic and ambitious individuals who want to develop their career within recruitment. You should ideally have a formal qualification and previous experience of working within a sales environment. An exemplary telephone manner and the drive, passion and enthusiasm to develop and enhance both new and existing relationships will be critical skills.
