Our client, an educational establishment based in central Windsor who operates international summer schools, is looking for a Recruitment Assistant for 6 months. Start date: Tuesday 1st February 2011. Based in the main office, you would be assisting the Director of Education & Recruitment by processing applications, scheduling interviews, preparing and sending out contracts, collating essential contractual documentation and preparing for staff briefings. Maintaining contact with our short-term summer school staff, and dealing with their queries prior to commencement of their employment, is also an important part of this exciting position. This is a busy role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills and a strong eye for detail. It would suit a recent graduate, or similar, looking for a full-time role with responsibility for your own tasks and seeking to build on your existing office experience. Working in a wonderful location, you will benefit from an excellent hourly rate plus holiday pay, and be part of a vibrant team. A driving licence is a distinct advantage.
