Our client, a private school based in the Windsor area, is looking for a recruitment assistant on a contract basis. Based in the main office you would be responsible for collating, CV’s received by a variety of mediums. You would be assisting the Director of Education by scheduling interviews, preparing and sending contracts, chasing the return of contracts and other paperwork and sending out information to prospective teachers. Ensuring that all details are received and chasing any missing information at employee briefings to ensure staff files are up to date. You will also be involved in organising travel arrangements for staff and students. This is a busy role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills. It would suit a recent graduate, or similar, looking for a full time role with responsibility for your own tasks and to build on your existing office experience. Working in a wonderful location you will benefit from an excellent hourly rate plus holiday pay. The role is due to start 1st February 2010 and will run until the end of July, with a possible extension to the end of August.
