Our client, a very successful educational establishment running summer language courses, is currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant for a six month contract. The successful candidate will be based at the company’s beautifully situated administrative offices in central Windsor and will be assisting the Director of Education with the following duties: • Maintaining the company’s recruitment website • Providing full support in vacancy advertising and the recruitment process • Contacting previous staff re: availability and updating records accordingly • Monitoring the recruitment process and providing statistical analysis • Processing applications and co-ordinating interviews with candidates • Taking up references and issuing contracts • Maintaining accurate recruitment records • Assisting with staff briefings • Assisting correct allocation of learning centre materials • Maintaining confidential payroll records • Any ad-hoc queries or requirements Maintaining contact with short-term summer school staff, and dealing with their queries prior to commencement of their employment, is also an important part of this exciting position. This is a busy role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills and a strong eye for detail. It would suit a recent graduate, or similar, looking for a full-time role with responsibility for your own tasks and seeking to build on your existing office experience.
