Our client, a finance company based in Windsor is looking for a Reconciliations Manager to work at their global headquarters. Duties include being responsible for team of supervisors; and to lead and motivate team leaders and team members through product/service knowledge and one-to-one coaching and development. You will own the process and delivery of prompt settlement and reconciliation for FX transactions and continually looking to identify problems with settlements systems and offer solutions. The role will involve maintaining close working relationship with business development and IT to ensure first-class processes and procedures are maintained and will work closely with HR/Training in identifying opportunities to develop and train individuals ensuring competency of staff and the personal development of employees, Ideally you will have previous experience of international banking (Payments / settlements / reconciliation) and have experience of NOSTRO, SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS and Cheque clearing processes. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of FX settlements and a good understanding of financial instruments. Previous experience using Excel, Word and Email again would be advantageous.
