The Opportunity Managing inbound calls at a busy centre, you will be taking messages and handling customer calls ranging from inquiries through to grievances. With an impeccable telephone manner and confident computer skills, you will be a very professional individual and be able to provide the top-of-the-line call handling to the customers on a permanent basis. Working 40-45 hours per week, your hours will vary within the hours of 8am-8pm which will be determined well in advance. Key Responsibilities • Call handling and monitoring • Data collection and recording • Customer Service and handling The Candidate Previous customer service experience, a good level of patience, and previous reception or administrative work would help you to excel in this role. Looking to work full time, you will be able to commit to your shift pattern on a permanent basis. Someone who is motivated by a fast-paced environment, you will be able to work on Bank Holidays (with extra holiday in lieu) and be interested in working extra shifts if available.
