Our client, an industry leading business service provider is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team in South London.
This role will be fully office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office (no remote working is available for this role).
You’ll play a key role in supporting and providing a welcoming environment to customers, visitors and contractors as they come through the Front of House/Reception Area.
This is a typical busy role with hands on reception support which will include:
- Taking ownership of all Reception duties
- Be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building including prospective customers, visitors and contractors, providing excellent customer service
- Developing good relationships with new and existing customers
- Handling all customer needs and complaints efficiently to ensure total customer satisfaction
ng for someone with previous commercial reception/customer service experience who is a strong communicator and can engage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
In addition, you will have MS Office experience and, ideally, some experience of working with social media to promote company initiatives.
