Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Receptionist to work in their Slough office. As the face of the company and the first point of contact smart appearance, polite and confident personality, and first-calls communications skills are critical for this customer and client-facing position, as you will be meeting and greeting visitors and accepting all incoming calls. Managing the overnight mailbox you will forward all messages to the correct members of staff on a daily basis. You will be responsible for coordinating courier deliveries and collections, taxis and other general office requirements. Maintaining the visitors log book and badge system will also be part of your remit. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and confident individual looking to embark upon a successful career within a corporate environment, or for an experienced receptionist.
