Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Receptionist to work in their Windsor office. As the face of the company and the first point of contact smart appearance, polite and confident personality, and first-calls communications skills are critical for this customer and client-facing position, as you will be meeting and greeting visitors and accepting all incoming calls. Managing the overnight mailbox you will forward all messages to the correct members of staff on a daily basis. You will be responsible for coordinating courier deliveries and collections, taxis and other general office requirements. Maintaining the visitors log book and badge system will also be part of your remit. You will also be responsible for organising travel arrangements for various members of staff and will need to provide full itineraries as required as well as research the most cost effective options. The successful applicant will have experience of working with the main Microsoft applications and be comfortable with producing various styles of letters and documents. This is an excellent role for an experienced receptionist, with the opportunity to develop the role, and work in a modern office environment.
