Our client, having recently expanded their offices are now looking to recruit a Receptionist to act of the face of their organisation. Currently employing nearly 150 staff, they have strong growth plans in the coming year and are therefore looking to recruit a dedicated Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for people calling or visiting their business. As the face of the company you must have fantastic communication and organisational skills coupled with a professional attitude. You will be taking and directing calls, organising post and fax distribution and arranging courier services as required. Meeting room management and ensuring the office is suitable for client visits at all times will be your tasks. You will also be expected to assist other members of staff as required with various projects and administrative tasks as they arise. With solid previous experience in a receptionist role the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a PC system and have experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook Express.
