Our client based in Windsor is seeking a Receptionist to act as a first point of contact for all visitors to the company’s offices. You will work on a shift pattern basis and shifts are between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will consistently ensure emphasis on customer service and procedural excellence. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to the following: •Taking incoming telephone calls and communicating messages in a timely and accurate manner •Sorting and distribution of morning post. Collecting and Franking of all outgoing post •Providing telephone support when required for other departments including Customer Services •Assist various departments with administration tasks as and when required •Booking and preparation of meeting rooms. •Ordering and auditing of stationery stock •Assisting in organising company events The successful candidate will ideally be able to multi-task, work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team and have a strong customer services focus.
