Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Receptionist / Secretary to support their office. The successful candidate will be assisting with reception cover, answering calls and taking messages, diary management, making travel arrangements and dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail. They will be asked to assist with a number of other general administrative duties as and when they arise. This is a nice varied role, which will give a good introduction to office life and the type of duties that need to be carried out on a regular basis. Candidates should have some experience of Microsoft applications and have a can do attitude and a willingness to muck in and help out where required. Ideally you will have a full driving licence and your own transport to travel to other locations if required. This role is a full time, permanent position paying a maximum salary of £16,000.
