Our client, a rapidly growing medical diagnostics organisation is currently looking for a R&D Project Manager to join their team near to Bracknell (driving licence is preferred due to their location).

As a key member of the R&D team, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of cross-functional projects for a fast growing business in support of developing innovative products in an emerging market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement projects and deliverables for current and future product developments by working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
  • Ensure accurate and practical planning in order to achieve set project launch dates and that all projects are in line with ISO 123485 and IVD standards
  • Liaise with the regulatory department to ensure all technical files subject to regulatory submission adhere to expected standards
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and track projects progress and delivery


  • Ideally, you will be educated to a degree level in a science discipline (Bioscience, Biomedical, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Parasitology preferred) 
  • Previous experience in a R&D project management role particularly within the medical devices/diagnostics industry
  • Great understanding of R&D product development and QMS requirements
  • PRINCE2 qualification and knowledge of Stage Gate process is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
