A world class business, our client based near to Reading is looking for a Quality Operations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a key member of the team, you will be supporting all of the administration processes relating to the quality and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for audits/inspections and oversee CAPA procedures
  • Assist with the management of IT systems including researching new software and ensuring licenses are up to date
  • Support new IT projects and its rollout
  • Coordinate companywide training sessions when needed as well as troubleshooting IT problems for staff
  • Ad-hoc administration work such as diary management and travel arrangements

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience with ideally some background in IT systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 specifically Excel
  • Methodical and logical individual with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
