A world class business, our client based near to Reading is looking for a Quality Operations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a key member of the team, you will be supporting all of the administration processes relating to the quality and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for audits/inspections and oversee CAPA procedures
- Assist with the management of IT systems including researching new software and ensuring licenses are up to date
- Support new IT projects and its rollout
- Coordinate companywide training sessions when needed as well as troubleshooting IT problems for staff
- Ad-hoc administration work such as diary management and travel arrangements
Requirements
- Previous administration experience with ideally some background in IT systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 specifically Excel
- Methodical and logical individual with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
