The Opportunity Working as the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the validation of client deliverables to ensure quality. You will assist in the leadership of the quality organisation, analysing test requirements, root cause analysis and problem and dispute resolution. With responsibility for designing and leading the business for new quality initiatives and be passionate about adhering to existing standards and meeting industry best practice. Key Responsibilities •Develop and execute test plans, test case Identification and provide status reports for a defined project •Lead estimates, project plans, technical evaluations, timelines and risk analysis •Analyzing negative trends in applications or processes and support corrective action initiatives •Lead research initiatives to improve quality of systems and products Lead technology recommendations for the advancement of the QA discipline •Work estimation, resource time/schedule management and timesheet approvals •Lead offshore teams for Quality deliverables with better resource utilization •Accurate assessment of project risks and liabilities, organization of test strategies Candidate Profile You will have a background in international data and marketing focusing on the quality assurance aspect of data. You will have expertise operating in Windows and Unix/Linux OS environments. You will have experience working as the champion/leader of QA within an organization and have demonstrable knowledge of the SDLC and project methodologies. You will be confident managing complex projects alongside managing/mentoring QA Engineers. Preparing test plans to schedule, knowledge of internet applications such as D/HTML or Javascript and experience with SQL or Oracle are essential. Test automation experience and load and stress testing are pre-requisites for this role.
