The Opportunity Working as a QA Administrator for an international pharmaceutical business as part of a team oriented Quality Assurance team. You will have responsibility for providing administrative support to the team Key Responsibilities · Taking and directing calls · Managing and dealing with correspondence · Diary management and meeting coordination · Preparation of documents and presentations · Document, track and maintain SOPs and the SOP database · Assist with preparation of reports Candidate Profile The successful candidate for this role will currently or have previously worked for a Pharmaceutical company and have experience working within a quality assurance environment. You will have excellent MSword and MSExcel skills as well as booking travel. Knowledge of medical terminology and excellent attention to detail is essential.
