Purchasing & Inventory Controller Reading, Berkshire £22-24K per annum THE COMPANY Dynamic and fast paced global organisation who are recognisable in their industry. Working in a modern office, this role sits in a busy seven person team within the purchasing department. THE ROLE This is a key role in the coordination of forecasting information to allow purchasing decisions to be made throughout Europe. The successful candidate will have continual liaison with multiple departments throughout the business to ensure all information is accurate within the company's ERP system. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will be a born organiser; possessing an eye-for-detail, you will be thorough and methodical in every task you undertake in the working environment. Although this is largely an administrative position, it is incredibly busy and does require the individual to be able to handle pressure and stress from time to time. Ideally you will have previous inventory control, stock control (auditing) or purchasing administration experience within a head office environment. You will be adept working with Microsoft Excel (advanced user) and will ideally have experience using ERP / MRP systems.
